A customer was surfing the net to look for some gifts for her granddaughter. She came across this cooler bag on Ecy Mart website and started placing an order. The cooler bag was selected in the shopping cart but somehow due to technical problem, the order was suspended. Customer tried to resolve; thus give up!
Ecy Mart noticed there was an abandoned shopping cart and wondered if anything we could help the customer. A follow up mail was sent to customer immediately. A couple of days later, the customer got connected & called back Ecy Mart.
Per conversation, customer intended to send a parcel to Florida for her 2 yr old grand daughter who was extremely crazy about Mickey Mouse. This cooler bag would be a perfect gift for her. Unfortunately the order could not put through.
The customer appreciated Ecy Mart initiated the follow up. Order could be handled offline.
Another hurdle came up… the delivery!
We noticed the parcel was expected to be sent out urgently but the delivery schedule of the cooler bag could not be compromised.
Finally, we made a special delivery arrangement on the public holiday, the very next day or else the parcel mailing schedule would be missed.
The Mickey Mouse cooler bag was finally delivered in time.
It’s so nice meeting up the customer in person. We had a fairly long chat. Glad to see her cute little grand daughter’s photo too. She’s so pretty & adorable!
