There was an order placed a few weeks ago from France. I have to thank this customer for the time allowing Ecy Mart to fix the payment issue before a successful order could be put through.
The customer was so nice responding us ‘No worries at all’, she would wait, waited for her purchase with great joy. Also, she would be happy for Ecy Mart to get the payment issue fixed too.
The selected item was well wrapped and the parcel was ready for shipment!
It took a few days before the delivery was completed. The customer finally received the parcel in Paris.
It’s a pair of lovely leather gloves the customer has purchased. She used to have a similar pair, which meant so much to her! It’s so precious because it was given by her grandmother. Unfortunately, the gloves were lost and her grandmother was no longer around, it really hurt…. Her heart was broken!
Her girlfriend saw her so sad and immediately tried to find her another pair. It’s indeed not easy to look for a similar one with the same collection.
Ultimately, her girlfriend was able to locate it in Ecy Mart. It’s unbelievable…
